A New Chapter: DMCL Surrey Has Moved!
After more than a decade on 152 Street, DMCL’s Surrey office has moved to a new space in South Surrey’s Croydon corridor as of January 1, 2026. While our address has changed, our commitment to our Surrey clients and community remains exactly the same.
This move reflects how our South Surrey practice, and the broader Surrey and White Rock business community, has grown over the years. The new office provides a modern, accessible space that supports how our teams work today, while giving us room to continue evolving alongside our clients.
For many in the community, DMCL’s Surrey office has been a constant for years. That history matters to us. The decision to move wasn’t about leaving that behind, but about building on it:
“We’ve been part of the South Surrey and White Rock community for many years, and a significant number of clients from our early days as Baxter Carabetta Braun are still with us today. As our practice and presence in the region have grown, it’s clear that this is where our roots are and where we plan to be for the foreseeable future. With a strong mix of experienced professionals and emerging talent on our team, this move feels like a natural next step in the evolution of the DMCL Surrey office.”

A space designed around people
Our new Croydon Drive location was chosen with intention. It offers improved accessibility, convenient parking, and a layout that better supports collaborative work and in-person client meetings. It also reflects how our clients’ needs have evolved, balancing flexibility, efficiency, and personal connection.
For our team, the new office creates an environment that supports growth, mentorship, and day-to-day collaboration. For clients, it means a more comfortable and welcoming space to meet with the same advisors they’ve always worked with:
“The new office was designed with both our team and our clients in mind. From modern meeting rooms and technology that support collaboration and virtual meetings, to improved lighting, ergonomic furniture, and dedicated spaces for confidential discussions, everything is intended to create a more productive and comfortable experience. The space also allows us to grow thoughtfully, with room for future hires and easier access for clients, which means we can continue to serve the community efficiently as our practice evolves.”
— Amy Duncan, PartnerThis move also coincides with our refresh of DMCL’s visual identity across all offices. While our look will evolve, our people, values, and approach to client service will not. It’s the same Surrey team, in a new location, with a fresh look that reflects where we’re headed.
Looking ahead
We’re excited about this next chapter for our Surrey office and grateful to our clients and community for their continued trust. We look forward to welcoming you to our new space in the new year.
