Our application process.
1Application
The first step in our application process is for you to submit an application. While most of our roles don’t require a cover letter, we always encourage applicants to include one as they’re a good way to stand out from the competition and to share why you’re a great fit for our team.
2Screening
If you appear to be a good fit and we have a role available, you’ll be contacted for a phone screen that will take place with a member of our People & Culture (P&C) team.
3Shortlist
Once all of the phone screens for the role have been completed, we create a shortlist of candidates. If your name made it onto the shortlist, you’ll be contacted by P&C for an interview.
4Interview
Our interviews are approximately 30 minutes and will be conducted by P&C and a manager or partner senior to the role. In some cases, there may be a second interview step. In both scenarios, P&C will contact you after your interview to provide an update on your application status.
5Reference Checks
If you left a good impression during your interview and rose to the top of the candidate pool, P&C will reach out and ask you to provide the contact information of 2-3 previous employers whom you’d like to use as references.
6Job Offer
If we’ve determined you’re a great fit for the team, we’ll contact you to congratulate you and communicate the details of your job offer.
