Fraser serves as DMCL’s Managing Partner and Chair of the firm’s Executive Committee. In his role, he’s responsible for setting and executing the firm’s strategic vision, guiding its growth and culture, and ensuring DMCL continues to deliver exceptional service to clients across all practice areas. Fraser works closely with the firm’s leadership and management committees to drive initiatives that strengthen DMCL’s operational efficiency, innovation, and people-first culture.

With more than 30 years of public accounting experience, Fraser brings deep insight into firm management, partner development, and long-term strategic planning. He also plays a central role in fostering collaboration across offices and service lines.

Fraser graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in 1989 and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1993. He’s an avid fan of soccer, hockey, boating, skiing, and golf, a married father of two adult sons, and a proud grandfather.
