Yalda Zeini works with the firm’s U.S. corporate tax department, specializing in cross-border taxation. With several years of experience in public accounting, she provides strategic tax planning and compliance services to privately held businesses across both federal and state jurisdictions. Yalda also leads consulting projects, offering tailored solutions for complex tax matters.

Her career began in industry, followed by a transition into audit and Canadian tax before fully focusing on U.S. tax. This diverse background gives her a comprehensive understanding of both Canadian and U.S. tax systems. She is also a designated CPA in both Canada and U.S.

Outside of the office, Yalda enjoys spending time with her family and her dog. An avid outdoor enthusiast, she loves hiking, skiing, and exploring nature year-round.
